Both graciously took time out of their day for two separate webinars in which they discussed the top e-Discovery issues facing the legal profession. Bil and Tom discussed e-Discovery case pitfalls, planning concerns, and a variety of ethical issues. The webinar audience participated in a question and answer session that lasted for a full hour after the webinar, providing direct insight into current concerns of lawyers, paralegals, and litigation support professionals. Several of the Q&A topics will be addressed in future blog postings.
